The site www.squadvision.org serves the Institute by the name of SQUAD VISION for Learning & Education which is a part of Flawless Technology Pvt. Ltd. and is operated by the Board of Directors of the Company.

1. The cost of the course books are not included in the course fee, unless until specified. The books must be purchased separately from the institute/ specific book centers.
2. If a minimum number of participants do not register for the course, we reserve the right to postpone the course.
3. To apply for any of the course as mentioned on the website, fill up the enrollment form available on our website or at our office in your own hand writing.
4. The available seats are limited for that particular batch and will be filled in “first come first serve basis”.
5. The course fees is payable at the time of registration or as per mutually agreed.. We accept payment with Cash/Credit Card/ Debit Card or Cheque / Online Banking in favor of “Flawless Technology Private Limited” payable at Noida.. Misspell/overwritten/hand corrected Cheque will not be accepted.
6. For future installment PDCs has to be deposited at the given scheduled time.

8. All rights (exam fee/cancellation/ refund) are reserved by the exam governing body.
9. Incomplete filled from will be rejected. It is compulsory to attach photocopy of highest qualification mark sheet and two recent passport size photographs with the enrollment form.
10. The course examination fee is the fee stated in the price list at the time of application.
11. Candidates with prior knowledge of German/ Japan, who wish to apply directly for a level higher than prescribed level, are required to take an internal test conducted by the SQUAD VISION is possible only if seats are available at that particular level. Entrance test conducted at the beginning or during a semester shall be valid only for the current or the ongoing semester.
12. It is compulsory to provide correct details of Parents. The result of tests or any other information by the institute will be available on the Website and also will be sent via SMS/Mail.
13. Any change of address or telephone number should be notified in writing to the office within 10 days.
14. In case of lost/misplaced study material, student can obtain duplicate set of book(s) against payment of study materials as per the rates.
15. In case of any mis-happening because of reasons beyond control or any natural calamity of any type (earthquake, floods, fire, electric short circuit etc.) occurs in the premises of SQUAD VISION, the institute shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever.
16. If any student does not pay the fee on the due date as mentioned in the prospectus or is defaulter in the fee payment, he/she shall be stopped from attending the classes. It is therefore, in the interest of the parents & students that they should deposit the fee on the due dates mentioned.
17. If any student’s name is struck-off from the institute due to non-payment of fee without any valid reason or without pre intimation to the institute for more than 3 weeks from the due date, the student shall have to pay a nominal fee for re-admission.
18. SQUAD VISION reserves its right to make any alteration in its programs/venue /timing and days of classes without any prior notice. The decision of the Directors/Management will be final & binding on the students & the parents.
19. If the teachers and management of SQUAD VISION feel that the student is not working hard, creating indiscipline in the Institute, irregular in attendance, not responding properly, Parents will be intimated about the happenings by the student and management may take strict action against the student and the student can be expelled from the Institute. The decision of the Director/Management in this regard will be final and binding on the student/parent. No fee or part of the fee will be refunded in such cases.
20. In case if any parent/guardian misbehaves with any staff member of the SQUAD VISION, the student can be restricted from the Institute. 21. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Management/ Directors of SQUAD VISION is final and binding on all faculty members, students. All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Delhi High Court.
